You are welcome to check in any time after 2PM on the day of your arrival.Please check out no later than 12PM on the day of your departure.

The hotel reception is open Monday to Friday 7:00AM–10:00PM*

*For arrival at other times, please see the instruction video that describes the check-in procedure. There are also telephones at 2Home, directly connected to our sister hotels Crystal Plaza and New World – where staff can help you when 2Home’s reception in not open.
